What you are comparing it to
Loaded cost of one in-house SDR — salary, benefits, payroll tax, tooling, management

We are not cheaper than another agency. We are cheaper than the hire you have not been able to complete.
Twelve qualified meetings in ninety days.
If we miss it on a retainer, we keep working with no management fee for up to thirty days more.
It depends on us both doing our part: approving the list and messaging inside three working days, keeping a calendar open, turning replies around inside two, and not moving the target mid-flight. If bounce rate passes 3% in any week we stop sending and rebuild the list at our cost.
A no-show is not a meeting and we do not bill it. Dispute anything inside three working days and it comes off the invoice.
